Coordination Role
This position involves coordinating the scheduling of home care support services across a designated region. The individual in this role will be responsible for ensuring efficient use of resources, managing staff travel and workload, and responding to client queries in a timely manner.
* Coordinate the scheduling of client visits with staff having the necessary skills and expertise.
* Manage reactive leave and ensure that services are covered during absences.
* Respond promptly to client queries and provide administrative support as needed.
