We're looking for a Senior Test Analyst who enjoys collaborating closely with others, takes pride in quality, and is excited to shape how testing and automation support meaningful, real‐world impact. In this role, you'll help guide our testing strategy, build reliable automation frameworks, and work alongside talented engineers and product teams in a supportive, Agile environment.**Responsibilities:*** Designing and maintaining reliable, scalable automated tests across UI, API, and backend systems* Partnering with developers to ensure smooth integration and strong test coverage* Contributing to functional and performance testing to support scalable, high‐quality platforms* Validating complex data flows across internal and integrated systems* Continuously improving testing practices, tools, and ways of working* Supporting and mentoring teammates, sharing knowledge and encouraging best practice* Assisting with UAT and release validation to ensure confident delivery**Requirements:*** 7+ years' experience in software testing within an Agile environment* Strong experience across manual and automated testing* Hands‐on automation experience using Playwright and TypeScript and/or Python* API testing experience (e.g. Postman) and exposure to performance testing tools* Confidence working with SQL (MS SQL) and Databricks for test data validation* Experience working with CI/CD pipelines* FinTech or wealth platform experience is a plus* Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily quality assurance activities, with an interest in designing, building, and testing solutions that apply AI technologies in practical ways to improve quality, insight, and efficiency. ###**The Recruitment Process*** Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.* Our Talent team will start reviewing your application.
