A Day in Your World
* Style and support brides through a heartfelt, personalised experience
* Motivate and guide your team to meet sales and service goals
* Provide hands-on coaching and support to help your team grow
* Manage daily boutique operations, from bookings to visual merchandising
* Track performance and uncover new opportunities for success
* Keep the boutique looking its best - calm, curated, and beautifully styled
* Build lasting connections with customers who'll never forget their experience with you
What You'll Bring to the Role
* 2+ years in a retail leadership role, ideally in bridal, fashion, or luxury
* A natural ability to lead, inspire, and coach others
* A strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills
* A creative eye and a love for beautifully curated spaces
* Comfortable using tech tools like iPads, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
* Saturday availability to make the most of peak bridal appointments
