A Day in Your World
Style and support brides through a heartfelt, personalised experience
Motivate and guide your team to meet sales and service goals
Provide hands-on coaching and support to help your team grow
Manage daily boutique operations, from bookings to visual merchandising
Track performance and uncover new opportunities for success
Keep the boutique looking its best - calm, curated, and beautifully styled
Build lasting connections with customers who'll never forget their experience with you
What You'll Bring to the Role
2+ years in a retail leadership role, ideally in bridal, fashion, or luxury
A natural ability to lead, inspire, and coach others
A strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills
A creative eye and a love for beautifully curated spaces
Comfortable using tech tools like iPads, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
Saturday availability to make the most of peak bridal appointments
