In this role, you will bridge the gap between clinical expertise and family-centered care. You'll work collaboratively to:
* Deliver Bespoke Therapy: Provide discipline-informed individual and group services tailored to the specific goals and values of each family.
* Collaborate for Success: Work alongside a dedicated team of professionals to review progress and refine therapy plans that drive real-world outcomes.
* Empower Families: Act as a trusted advisor, connecting families with community supports and opportunities that strengthen clinical progress outside the session room.
* Drive Excellence: Conduct meaningful assessments and maximize in-session time to ensure every child has the best possible path to achieving their goals.
The Ideal Match
You are a dedicated professional who believes in the transformative power of early intervention. You value evidence-based practice but understand that the heart of therapy lies in collaboration, empathy, and innovation.
* Applicants must hold either a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
* Current AHPRA registration is required for this position.
* A current Working with Children Check is mandatory for this position.
* Must hold, or be willing to obtain, First Aid Certificate with CPR.
* Advanced learning of Mental Health Practices in Occupational Therapy or Feeding Strategies (SOS) would be advantageous.
