We are currently expanding our Central QLD Region services. A new project with a prominent mining company has created an opportunity for experienced chefs to join our team.
The positions available are:
* Sous Chefs – 14 days on, 7 days off (10 hour days)
* Line Chefs – 14 days on, 7 days off (10 hour days)
To be successful, you will require:
* A minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery
* Food safety supervisory certification
* Experience in bulk catering environments
* Knowledge of kitchen procedures and operations
* Menu writing, rostering, and cost control experience
* Hygienic work practices and HACCP guidelines knowledge
* Previous supervisory/management experience
