The University of Queensland is seeking two Postdoctoral Research Fellows/Research Fellows in a project focused on scalable, AI-driven decision-making in collaboration with defence industry partners and an academic partner. The project focuses on developing intelligent decision support systems that incorporate human factors and cognitive psychology.

About the Role
We are looking for individuals who have completed or are near completion of a PhD in human-centred AI, human factors/cognitive psychology for decision support, or closely related areas. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning, human-computer interaction, and/or human factors engineering.
Successful applicants will be required to work collaboratively as part of a team, develop and maintain effective working relationships, and communicate complex ideas effectively. They will also be expected to contribute to the development of the research group's overall strategy and goals.
Qualifications and Skills
