About the Role
An important role supporting communities across Victoria, with a strong focus on delivering meaningful outcomes through its people. Key duties include:
* Lead and manage the People & Culture function across the organisation
* Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic and operational HR advice
* Oversee employee relations, including performance management, investigations and case management
* Drive engagement, culture and capability initiatives
* Manage and develop HR policies, frameworks and processes
* Support workforce planning and organisational change initiatives
* Work closely with Payroll and HRIS teams to ensure compliance and smooth workforce operations
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a HR Manager or Senior Business Partner
* Strong employee relations experience within a complex or regulated environment
* Comfortable operating in a hands-on role with both strategic and operational responsibilities
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and support leaders
* Passion for working within anot for profit or purpose-led environment
