Regional Sales Leader
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Leader to manage new business growth within an assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new business growth by identifying and qualifying opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and stakeholders.
* Execute against sales targets and KPIs aligned with company goals.
* Understand customer business drivers, pain points, and cybersecurity maturity to position our value proposition.
* Collaborate closely with internal pre-sales engineers to deliver compelling product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
* Engage with strategic partners, resellers, and our Channel team to drive indirect sales opportunities.
* Accurately maintain CRM records, including pipeline forecasting and activity tracking.
* Stay current with market trends, competitor offerings, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
* Manage sales cycle – prospects through to onboarded customers.
* Negotiate commercial terms with customers.
* Provide an orderly hand-over of new customers to our Customer Success and Customer Support teams.
* Attend conferences and industry events to promote our business.
Requirements:
* 5+ years in technology sales.
* Experience executing go-to-market strategies and managing sales cycles across channels.
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong communication (both verbal and written), presentation and speaking skills.
* A sound understanding and working knowledge of cyber security industry, market and trends.
* Strong connections in relevant markets and/or ability to network with business owners and technology leaders.
* Experience managing full sales cycles from discovery to close.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
* Understanding of enterprise/government procurement processes.
* Current Australian Security Clearance (preferred) or ability to obtain or reinstate.
