Administration Officer – OOSH Centre
Are you organised, approachable, and great with details? Our busy Out of School Hours (OOSH) service is looking for an Administration Officer to support our families, staff, and Management Committee.
This is a part-time role (16 hours per week across 3-5 days) and is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a community-focused environment.

About the Role
As the Centre Administrator, you'll play an essential role in keeping our service running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing emails, phone enquiries, and family enrolment records.
* Processing weekly invoices, monitoring accounts, and liaising with families about payments and CCS updates.
* Maintaining compliance records such as policies, insurance, maintenance, and safety checks.
* Preparing Vacation Care booking forms and updating the Centre website.
* Providing administrative support to the Coordinator and Management Committee.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised with great attention to detail.
* A confident communicator who enjoys helping families and staff.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working independently.
* Familiar with OWNA or willing to learn.
Essential requirements:
* Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
* Previous administration or accounts experience.
