Epworth HealthCare is a University of Melbourne Clinical School. This role is core to the successful delivery of the MD program at Epworth Richmond.
Based in Epworth Richmond, you will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing the day‐to‐day bespoke timetabling for medical students and doctors based on curriculum needs and clinician availability. You will be part of the Clinical School team (3 Program Coordinators), reporting to the Manager of the Epworth Clinical School and working closely with the Dean of the Clinical School.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate clearly to all stakeholders, crafting the communication to meet the needs of both the Clinical School and the recipient.
* Maintain a high level of detail without losing sight of the big picture.
* Identify potential issues and proactively propose solutions; when needed, engage management.
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with clinicians, medical students and affiliated universities.
* Work autonomously with guidance, yet support a small team.
* Handle complex, flexible scheduling/timetabling and pivot as required to deliver a seamless service.
* Deliver customer‐service focused interactions.
* Show respectful tenacity and a win‐win mindset.
* Remain open to direction and guidance; be friendly, approachable and supportive.
