Case Worker Opportunity
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a skilled Case Worker to join our team in supporting women's recovery and housing needs. As a key member of our Supported Accommodation Service, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized support plans, assess risks, and provide outreach support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, implement, and review client support plans
- Assess risks and assist with housing, health, legal, education or wellbeing goals
- Deliver capacity-building support, such as life skills and community engagement
- Maintain accurate, timely records including NDIS-related documentation
- Support clients moving into independent housing or transitioning between services
- Work collaboratively with the team and wider service network to support each client
**Requirements:**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, human services, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in case management or similar support roles
- Experience working with mental health, D&A issues, family/domestic violence and complex needs
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed, strengths-based, and recovery-oriented practice
- Excellent communication, time management, and crisis response skills
- A belief in the inherent worth and potential of every woman
**What We Offer:**
- Salary: Crisis Accommodation Employee Level 2, Pay Points 1–4 (SCHADS Award)
- Employment type: 12-month contract
- Hours: Primarily weekdays with some flexibility across a 24/7 roster as required
