About the Role
In this role you will be the influence of transformation and growth in the centres across QLD – working hand–hand with Franchisee Owners, Educators / Tutors and operational leaders to elevate student outcomes and experience while achieving business goals and success. With a unique balance of educational guidance, operational consulting, and local area marketing campaigns, you'll have the autonomy to influence how learning centres grow, thrive, and stand out in their communities while building trusted partnerships.
Selection Criteria
* Degree in Education, Business or related fields
* Experience or interest in operations, business development or marketing / growth strategy
* Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
* Strong initiative, organisational, problem solving and decision‑making skills
* Exceptional communication (both verbal and written) / interpersonal skills
* Valid drivers' licence, vehicle and ability to travel
* Blue card – current or willing to obtain
