We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at one of our prestigious hotels in Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
1. Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and motivate a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food service and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
* Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase the best of local produce and flavors.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and protocols.
2. Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior chef in a fast-paced hotel or restaurant environment.
* Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts, or equivalent experience.
* Possession of relevant certifications, such as Food Safety and Handling.
