The role directs a multidisciplinary team to translate control patterns and architectural guardrails into consistent, reliable operational practices.Working across Engineering, IT, Delivery, Cyber Defence, Security Architecture, and Line 2 assurance, the Senior Manager provides strategic oversight and governance across key control domains including identity and privileged access, platform hardening, segmentation, telemetry, vulnerability management, and monitoring. The role drives uplift in capability, operational discipline, and control maturity to ensure timely access management, strong evidence quality, reliable patching, and resilient detection coverage across the Active Network.**A bit about you**We are seeking an exceptional people leader with a proven ability to guide technical teams in large, complex, or highly regulated environments.
