We are currently looking for dedicated and committed Personal Care Workers and/or Assistants in Nursing to work with aged care facilities in Gympie.

As a Personal Care Worker (PCW), you will make a positive impact on the lives of the Participants with your compassionate and supportive approach by:
* Creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience
* Providing personal care assistance with daily living
* Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
* Building relationships with our residents and visitors
* Displaying exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
* Maintaining accurate health care documentation as required
* A team player who enjoys having FUN at work
What is waiting for you:
* We offer a rate above awards with a base pay rate level of $36.83 to $40.18 per hour excluding penalty rates and superannuation.
* Flexible working hours. You can choose to work shifts that suit your availability.

*Starting pay level will depend on length of aged care experience
What we need from you:
* Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
* Current Police Check or NDIS Screening Check (Yellow Card)
* COVID-19 vaccinations with Booster
* Current Flu Shot
* Preferrably with prior work experience at aged care facilities
* Available for at least 3 shifts weekdays, any shift (AM, PM, & NS)
