Our Explorers Williamstown Centre was recently rated as EXCEEDING by the ACECQA. Our beautiful Centre is constructed over two floors with ten rooms, underground parking and four vibrant outdoor learning areas. Williamstown is a vibrant and community-minded area with bus stops, shops and cafes nearby. At Explorers, we offer a special "Enrichment Program" which includes Music, Gardening, Creative Arts and Language initiatives!

**How You Can Support Us**:
- Work collaboratively and lead a team of Educators
- Facilitate intentional teaching experiences for children
- Demonstrate meaningful relationships with children, families and your peers
- Lead the planning of your team and be their first contact
- Delegate tasks to ensure all the Educators can learn and grow
- Support and mentor your team
**Key Requirements**:
- Diploma level Early Childhood Education and Care qualification in accordance with the Education and Care Regulations 2012
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement quality education program using portfolio method
- Experience in long day care or equivalent (preferred)
- Current First Aid Training certificate
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Working rights - Visa/Passport
