What role will you play?
As an Investment Manager, you will work with a range of internal and external partners and be involved in investment‐related activities, including asset acquisitions and divestments, refinancings and direct asset management.
You will be responsible for investment transaction processes, including identifying and screening opportunities, leading key diligence workstreams, building financial models, engaging with stakeholders, and fostering the growth of junior members of the investment team. You will also work directly with portfolio company management to oversee performance, formulate and execute business plans, and manage other portfolio‐company strategic initiatives.
What You Offer
* 5+ years' experience as a finance specialist from investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure funds management
* Tertiary qualification in finance, commerce, economics or a related discipline with strong academic results
* Familiarity with the infrastructure or infrastructure‐adjacent sectors
* Demonstrated track record on infrastructure or infrastructure‐adjacent sector acquisitions and divestments
* An entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn new skills quickly in a fast‐paced and exciting work environment
* Strong experience in financial modelling and Excel skills, or demonstrated aptitude in mathematics and core presentation skills with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
