Responsibilities
The position is responsible for the provision of high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Co-Directors within the Division of Palliative Care.
Tasks include preparation of executive correspondence, diary management, utilisation of the TRIM system, documentation control and management, and wherever possible anticipating the administration support required.
The position holder should be capable of working with little direct supervision with the ability to work harmoniously and collaboratively with peers and the extended Executive team to guide support and ensure continuity of service delivery.
Qualifications
Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category B role.
