What you'll bring:
* Proven experience supporting a blue-collar or operational workforce, with a strong understanding of industrial and employee relations matters
* Demonstrated success in HR advisory roles, providing practical, commercially focused advice across the employee lifecycle
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility with leaders at all levels
* Confident in coaching and supporting managers through complex people matters, including performance, conduct, and change
* Adaptable and resilient, able to prioritise effectively and perform in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
* Demonstrated expertise in HR best practices and compliance
* Proficient in the use of HR systems and data analysis
