About the Role As an Early Childhood Teacher (2nd ECT), you will: Plan and deliver an engaging, inclusive Kindergarten program aligned with the EYLF QKLG Build strong, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues Create inspiring learning environments that spark curiosity and discovery Document children's learning through thoughtful observation and reflection Uphold legislative and quality standards Represent Catholic Early EdCare values within the community Why You'll Love This Role A genuinely supportive team committed to your growth Opportunities for professional learning and mentorship A calm, welcoming environment where every child and educator is valued A chance to build confidence and skills as you progress in your career What You'll Need ACECQA-approved Bachelor, Graduate Diploma, or Master's in Early Childhood Education.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma Anaphylaxis certification.
Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check - QLD).
Understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Law Regulations.
Familiarity with behaviour guidance frameworks and inclusive practices.
