Your responsibilities include managing individual bookings, handling high-volume inquiries, and taking ownership of group bookings from contract to departure.
* Main Responsibilities:
o Deliver exceptional customer service through every interaction, ensuring a warm and polished experience that aligns with our brand standards.
o Manage room blocks, pick up rooming lists, payments organizer communication for all group bookings contracted by your team.
