Full-time or Part time role available.Day-to-day responsibilities include:ResponsibilitiesFind the best solution to fit clients needsMobility & Assistive Technology Equipment salesEquipment scripting and measuringProduct demonstrations and set upLiaise with key clients i.e. OTs, Physio, Nurses, NDISBuild strong relationships with clientsDrive sales and growth of businessBasic customer training on safe usage of equipmentOne-on-one consultations with clients with follow up appointmentsWorking as a team and also soloBooking appointments and scheduling calendarsKey holder responsibilityAnswering internal and external callsInventory ManagementManage equipment - ordering, invoicing, data entry and servicing.Identifying equipment problems & faultsTrainingAll required training will be provided to the successful applicants, a variety of on-the-job training, online training courses, seminars/webinars and required reading will be available depending on the role.About YouYou will work as part of a small team of around 75 (and growing) colleagues across 9 stores & clinics around the state.
You will work autonomously with clients and also as a team.
