About the role This role leads the design and delivery of onboarding and training for A&OS at Redcliffe Hospital, creating flexible programs, coordinating competencies, mentoring staff, supporting capability development, maintaining training records, and fostering a positive, collaborative learning culture. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: * Develop and implement training materials to enable flexible delivery methods (e.g. curriculum design, session plans, participant workbooks, user manuals, quick reference guides, promotional material, and videos) that are based on administration workflows, roles and evidence-based practice. * Guide and mentor new Admin staff to A&OS, being the first point of contact, providing initial orientation, access to all systems required for the role, establish training plan and checklists relevant to role, and setting of expectations. * Co-ordinate and deliver the induction, onboarding and training programmes for Ambulatory & Outpatient Services administration staff. * Develop and deliver soft skills training, associated competencies and mentoring to administration staff for at the elbow training to support staff after they have attended Mandatory core competency training, ensuring the capability and skills of staff are maintained at a consistently high standard.
