* Service Oversight: Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of financial statements, tax compliance, and advisory services.
* Team Development: Mentor and support junior team members as you grow into a leadership role.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of Australian Public Practice experience.
* Proficient in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office.
* A problem-solver who enjoys working closely with clients.
* A strong communicator who can engage with staff and clients.
* Proactive in understanding clients' needs and industries.
