Each of our Cluster, Regional and State Managers and Visual Merchandisers began their Ghanda journey on the shop floor, joining us as either a Sales Assistant or Store Manager About us Born out of Torquay, VIC in the early ****s with nothing but a dream to design and deliver a collection of affordable, high-quality garments not yet met by the market, Ghanda Clothing has quickly become a household name, as the largest 100% Australian-owned and operated clothing brand, with over 100 locations across the nation A day in the life As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for: Leading, coaching training a team of up to 20 team members Driving the Ghanda values with your store team Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports store/team compliance About you We'll know you're the one if you're someone: With demonstrated leadership experience - who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values Who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously With similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker - At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience If you think you're the next best thing to hit the #GhandaGang we can't wait to hear from you
