About the Role
We have opportunities available for Aerodrome Reporting Specialists to take on this challenging contract.
* Conducting thorough inspections and maintaining accurate reporting and documentation to support airbase operability and certification standards.
* Managing Aerodrome data updates, aircraft manifests, NOTAMs, and OLS impacts, CASA, and Defence protocols.
* Drafting and monitoring NOTAMs to meet safety and regulatory compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role or a Certificate III in Aviation (Aerodrome Operations). They must also have current certification as an Aerodrome Reporting Officer (ARO) and Aerodrome Works Safety Officer (WSO), a valid Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), and an Aircraft Radiotelephone Operator Certificate (AROC) for airport radio communications.
The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational control, compliance, and reporting to ensure adherence to DASR / MOS 139 and the AO services plan. They will also play a key role in building the culture of our team and supporting internal and external audits to guarantee regulatory compliance.
