We are looking for an organised and proactive Program & Marketing Coordinator to support our STEM education programs and community outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate outreach activities, including contacting schools and community organisations.
* Prepare flyers, promotional materials, and marketing content.
* Assist with social media and marketing campaigns.
* Organise and maintain teaching devices, robotics equipment, and program assets.
* Support program administration, event preparation, and logistics.
* Help ensure classrooms, resources, and materials are ready for sessions and events.
Ideal Candidate
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Comfortable speaking with schools, parents, and community partners.
* Basic design and marketing skills (e.g. Canva, social media) are desirable.
* Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Passion for education, STEM, or working with young people is highly regarded.
