Your new role
As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a vital part in ensuring seamless sales operations and client satisfaction. You'll work closely with agents, clients, and solicitors to manage administration from listing through to settlement.
Key responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage legal documentation throughout the sales lifecycle
* Handle Form 6 documentation and settlement processes
* Maintain and update CRM records accurately and efficiently
* Manage trust accounting tasks, including receipting deposits and processing settlements
* Assist in the onboarding of new team members and contribute to team culture
What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for someone who brings:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales administration role, ideally within real estate
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident, professional communication and strong time management abilities
* Proficiency in Rex Software (or similar CRM platforms)
