About the Opportunity
We're seeking a high-energy recruitment specialist to join our close-knit team. This is a fast-paced, 5-month contract ideal for someone with a high-volume recruitment or resourcing background, preferably from retail, hospitality, or agency environments.
As a recruitment specialist, you'll be responsible for sourcing standout candidates, managing screening processes, and helping restaurant managers build their dream teams. You'll own and deliver high-volume recruitment across multiple markets, helping to hire hundreds of casuals in the lead-up to summer.
Main Responsibilities:
* High-Volume Recruitment: Own and deliver recruitment campaigns across multiple markets.
* Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Utilize creative channels and proactive sourcing to find the best fit for our team.
* Stakeholder Support: Partner closely with our restaurant managers and people team to provide a seamless recruitment experience.
* Project Support: Contribute to team initiatives and support seasonal hiring campaigns, employer branding activities, and onboarding support.
Key Requirements:
* Volume Recruitment Expertise – You've managed end-to-end high-volume recruitment campaigns.
* Candidate Experience Focus – You care deeply about creating positive experiences, from first touch to offer.
* Effective Communication – You're confident working with hiring managers, coordinating group recruitment sessions, and sharing feedback clearly.
