With a strong foundation in minerals processing, Sedgman continues to expand into new commodities, markets, and regions worldwide, delivering innovative and practical engineering solutions.

This is a full‐time, office‐based role working closely with a small, close‐knit team of three, supporting the Business and Project Development function.

You will provide administrative support and assist with proposal preparation for new opportunities and projects, playing a key role in helping the business win new work and grow its capabilities.

You'll also be part of a diverse and supportive wider team that values connection through weekly catch‐ups, morning teas, trivia, and an annual putt‐putt competition!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide general administrative support to the Business & Project Development team, assisting with day‐to‐day coordination and team activities.
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees within the group, supporting smooth transitions and documentation processes.
* Coordinate travel bookings, catering, and function arrangements as required, ensuring all arrangements are well organised and delivered on time.
* Manage expense claims and credit card reconciliations for the team, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with internal requirements.
* Support the preparation, formatting, and presentation of reports and submission documents used in proposals and project submissions.
* This is an onsite position - no working from home.

Who are you?

* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
* Confident using Microsoft 365 applications; SharePoint experience is desirable.
* Demonstrates strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, well‐presented work.
* Possesses clear and professional communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
* Brings a proactive, supportive approach and is willing to assist across the team as required.
