Your Opportunity
Reporting to an experienced Executive Account Manager, the successful candidate will effectively manage a well-established portfolio of SME clients with policies including PI, GL, Business Packs, Cyber Liability, Management Liability and Commercial Motor. Areas of responsibility include:
* Renewal marketing and negotiation
* Claims management, including processing, tracking, recording and ensuring timely settlement of claims
* Maintenance of client relationships
* Assistance with the development of new business
* Coordination of processing instructions for quotations, new business, endorsements, renewals and cancellations
* Proactive planning and preparation for new business, renewals, endorsement, cancellations and lapses
About You
With previous insurance broking experience, you'll be looking for an opportunity to grow and develop. As an enthusiastic team player who understands the power of exceptional client service you'll offer:
* Completion of Tier 1 or 2 qualification
* Thirst for continual improvement and a desire to learn
* Motivation to contribute directly to the achievement of KPIs impacting client retention, revenue and client satisfaction
* Demonstrated experience as a team player, who is eager to take the initiative to ensure the efficient running and growth of the portfolio
* Superb organisational skills, an eye for detail and excellent communication abilities
