Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to provide engineering and project management support to our Midstream Operations based on Curtis Island, Gladstone.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to relocate to the Gladstone area and join a supportive and high performing team. This is a permanent, site-based role supporting the delivery of brownfield and operational projects reporting to the Project Manager, working a 9-day fortnight roster.
Relocation can be provided for the successful candidate.
In this role you will work closely with site teams, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Complete material take-off and execute procurement.
• Tendering/Estimating and methodology development.
• Perform project control functions.
• Contract administration of assigned projects.
• Develop work packages for field teams to execute.
• Participate in client/contractor meetings.
What you will bring
* Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications including 3D Models, GAs, Isometrics and P&IDs.
* Strong understanding of project management principles.
* A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
