We are currently looking to hire a driven individual as a Recruitment Consultant, based in Sydney. This role will play a key part in assisting to build candidate pipelines, support live roles, and deliver insights that help our clients make strategic hiring decisions.
The primary responsibilities of this role include sourcing lawyers for both in-house & private practice assignments using a variety of methods including referrals, job boards and headhunting, screening CVs and shortlisting candidates for live opportunities both over the phone and in person, assisting with interview scheduling and candidate communication, maintaining our internal database while managing a portfolio of active candidates, fostering a strong client knowledge of the legal industry, and preparing candidate profiles and client summaries.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for recruitment and a keen eye for detail. You will also need to have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – and be able to work well in a team, as well as independently.
