Position Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding on-site servicing and repair of high-end coffee machines from homes to commercial settings.
* Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and installation of advanced espresso and grinder systems.
* Deliver customer-focused service, acting as both technician and brand ambassador, problem-solver, advisor, and coffee connoisseur.
* Record service diagnostics and parts usage with precision and efficiency.

* Experience-driven: Skilled in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, ideally with espresso/grinder equipment.
* Autonomous and motivated: Self-starter comfortable managing multiple sites across northern and southern Perth.
