Job Title: Facilities Services Officer

Job Summary:

The Facilities Services Officer is a key role within our team, responsible for providing leadership and strategic advice to support the management of maintenance programs across various schools, staff housing, and early childhood education and care centers. The successful candidate will lead members of a team in undertaking high-level analysis, design, review, and implementation of infrastructure and planning-related systems, policies, projects, and programs of work.

1. Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategies and plans for the management of maintenance programs.

* Lead and coordinate the production of regular quality reports for internal and external clients.

* Provide high-level strategic advice on the development of asset maintenance policies that contribute to lifecycle planning of departmental assets.

* Evaluate maintenance programs and policies to ensure they meet their objectives and propose improvements.
">

2. Requirements:

* Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Effective communication, consultation, and negotiation skills.

* Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary strategies and concepts associated with asset management.
