As a Business Development Manager/Sales Agent/Sales Associate, you'll drive growth and build relationships with existing clients.
With complete flexibility to work from home (WFH) or the office, this role provides autonomy, full-time Monday-Friday hours, and the chance to grow into a newly created position.

Key responsibilities include:
* Prospecting for new business through networking, referrals, and cold/warm calling
* Nurturing new and existing client relationships
* Implementing structures and processes to aid the growth of the division
We're seeking someone with:
* A proven track record of success in Business Development roles within real estate/property sector (ideally 2+ years)
* Knowledge of the Inner West + Eastern Suburbs market (preferred)
* Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Highly tenacious, driven, and results-focussed individual who loves closing deals
* The ability to work autonomously without micromanagement
* Excellent relationship-building skills and a natural rapport-builder
* Immaculate presentation and highly professional demeanour
