Your Day Will Include: Building solid relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors Overseeing a well-maintained property portfolio Multiple VAs for in-office support and leasing assistant Conducting routine, entry, and exit inspections Wellness hub Managing compliance requirements with attention to detail Representing the agency at networking and industry events About You Proven experience in property management - 1 year Current QLD Real Estate Licence and driver's licence Motivated, organised, and results-driven Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Qualified presentation and confident demeanour Able to work independently while being a valued team player Perks
