About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Mental Health Graduate Nurse program. This comprehensive 2-year program will provide you with a supportive learning environment to transition from novice to confident and skilled Mental Health Clinician.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to rotate through our Mental Health Adult Acute Inpatient Units and Community teams, providing comprehensive mental health support across the lifespan. You will receive regular individual and group clinical supervision, as well as dedicated educational support from experienced clinicians and mentors.

The program is designed to provide a structured career pathway for nurses who wish to pursue a career in Mental Health. With part-time employment (0.8 EFT) and paid study days throughout the year, you will be able to balance your work and study commitments. Additionally, you will be supported to complete Post Graduate Qualifications in Mental Health.

To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

* AHPRA registration prior to commencement
* Completion of the undergraduate course within the previous 12 months
* Not currently in a graduate program
* Registered with the PMCV Graduate Nursing Midwifery Program
