What role will you play?
As a Junior IT Project Coordinator / Analyst, you will support the delivery of technology projects by assisting with planning, coordination, and execution activities across the project lifecycle. You will work closely with delivery leads, technology teams, and business stakeholders to track progress, analyse data, and help manage timelines and risks. Your role will also contribute to improving processes and ensuring projects deliver clear and measurable outcomes.
What You Offer
* 2–3 years' experience working on technology projects, ideally in a project coordination, junior project management, or portfolio support role
* Experience supporting project activities such as task coordination, timeline management, dependency tracking, and progress reporting
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders and support presentations to mid- to senior-level audiences
* The ability to analyse information, gather requirements, and support decision‐making aligned to business needs
* Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, with an interest in learning and applying process improvements
