CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking experienced Transport Coordinator to oversee night operations at our client's key Perth depot site. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring the smooth and timely movement of trailers, drivers, and fleet operations overnight. Key Responsibilities: Manage, coordinate, and support the Transport Operations team to ensure smooth trailer movements Coordinate all night shift operations across the depot Ensure drivers and trailers depart on time and meet schedule requirements Monitor live operations and resolve issues in real time Maintain accurate records across tracking, scheduling, and processing systems Provide a clear and effective handover to day shift teams Liaise with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders to maintain service excellence Problem-solving and providing real-time solutions to operational challenges Managing fleet efficiency and charging schedules to maximise vehicle utilisation Ensure compliance with operational standards and safety requirements Our Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in transport coordination or similar l operational role Practical knowledge of TMS systems and digital fleet management tools is desirable Understanding of national linehaul operations and logistics Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Capability to work independently and make quick decisions What We Can Offer: Permanent Role with Competitive salary package Super $10K Nightshift allowance 7 nights on, 7 nights off (Wednesday to Tuesday - 6pm to 6am roster offering strong work-life balance Stable, long-term opportunity with a reputable employer Supportive team environment with clear processes Career growth within transport and logistics operations To Apply: If you believe you’re the right person for this role, please click APPLY, or contac Zad from CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 0489081383, or send your resume to zad@celotti.com.au.
