Key Responsibilities
* Prepare briefings, reports, agendas, and internal communications
* Coordinate meetings, committees, and leadership forums, including papers and minutes
* Manage stakeholder communication and respond to complex enquiries
* Support delivery of business priorities through coordination and tracking of actions
* Maintain and improve systems, processes, and records
* Provide high-level support to senior stakeholders
About You
* Experience in an Executive Officer, Executive Assistant, or similar role
* Strong written communication skills, with experience drafting reports or briefings
* Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
* Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environ
