Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Service Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling field service resources to ensure timely delivery of technical customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a background in scheduling or service coordination, preferably within a service environment. Experience with service management systems is highly regarded.
The role involves responding to customer and technician calls, updating customers on service delays or changes, accurately logging new service calls, and ensuring work orders are allocated efficiently.
This is a fast-paced role that requires effective prioritization and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
