This role is perfect for someone eager to grow, develop their skills, and work under the direction of a results‐driven team with a strong market presence. Due to the high‐volume nature of the role, the successful candidate will be a process‐driven individual with a passion for organisation and team accountability.
* Driven by customer‐centric, fast‐paced environments with a strong focus in sales.
* Build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers while delivering exceptional service.
* Oversee key processes including listing‐settlement.
* Drive lead generation and prospecting activities.
* Support clients in leveraging their property to achieve their financial and real‐estate goals.
* Assist with open homes and deliver engaging, memorable private property showings.
* Saturday availability is essential.
* Support auction campaigns, including auction day activities.
* Schedule and coordinate client meetings.
* Maintain accurate and well‐organised client databases.
Qualifications & Experience
* Valid QLD sales registration and a driver's licence.
* Real estate sales experience highly advantageous.
* Understanding of end‐to‐end processes from listing to settlement.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to perform under pressure.
* Proactive, can‐do mindset and ability to multitask.
* Committed and driven team player passionate about delivering outstanding results.
