National Technical Training Lead
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced National Technical Training Lead to join our Tax team.
The successful candidate will oversee, manage and participate in the creation, delivery and continuous optimisation of technical training to our Tax team nationally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with senior leaders across tax service lines, Learning and Development, and subject matter experts to coordinate timely and relevant training programs.
* Manage national technical training schedule, ensuring training is delivered and received by relevant stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge library for easy access to contemporary training tools by Tax team members.
Requirements:
* A qualified chartered accountant with significant client-facing tax experience (>5 years postgraduate experience).
* Experience in managing holistic technical development programs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including liaison with key stakeholders on training needs.
Working Conditions:
This role can be based from Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney offices. This may involve some interstate travel to other GT offices across Australia, up to 2 times per office annually.
