Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is looking for Registered Nurse (Postgraduate Midwifery) to join our growing team on a part-time (0.6EFT) fixed term from February 2026 to December 2027.

As Registered Nurse (Postgraduate Midwifery), you will provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care while undertaking academic and clinical requirements as part of your postgraduate studies. The role of the Registered Nurse (Postgraduate Midwifery) is:

* Provide safe, evidence-based and holistic nursing care in line with LRH policies, standards and the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia guidelines.
* Complete all academic and clinical requirements of the postgraduate program, actively engaging in professional development.
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated and person-centred care.
* Maintain accurate, timely and professional documentation to support patient safety and continuity of care.
* Participate in mandatory training, performance reviews and continuous quality improvements initiatives.

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

* Current registration as Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
* Enrolment in an affiliated postgraduate program (e.g. Graduate Diploma of Midwifery - Federation University).
* Demonstrated recent acute clinical experience and competency in basic life support with two years minimum clinical experience.
* Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
* Flexibility, adaptability and a commitment to professional growth.
* A person-centred approach demonstrating respect, integrity, compassion and excellence.
