* Manage daily operations, support staff development, and ensure compliance with company standards and performance indicators
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive high-performance sales and reservations strategies
* Manage rosters, allocate workloads effectively, and ensure accurate booking processes across all platforms
* Develop and implement upselling and cross-selling initiatives
* Monitor key performance indicators and prepare performance reports
* Foster a culture of exceptional guest service and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
* Implement innovative ideas to continually improve experience and service
Requirements:
* Degree in Hospitality or Tourism or equivalent qualification
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Proven knowledge of call centre technology, systems, and processes
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
* Able to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders
