We create a collaborative environment, encouraging personal growth and learning, and thrive on a fun and inclusive team culture.Our Property Services team are now searching for afull-timeSenior Asset Managerto work with us on a major client portfolio.Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day property management services, communicating and reporting to stakeholders and reviewing frameworks to ensure our clients' assets are appropriately managed.Your experience will enable you to provide strategic and operational management of a portfolio including:Ongoing tenancy management including coordination of property inspections, repairs and maintenance, and maintaining property recordsAdministration and financial management, including forecasting, arrears, and reportingEnsuring optimal occupant satisfactionManage and control essential, planned, reactive and preventative maintenance programsProcurement, management, and coordination of subcontractorsProperty performance monitoring and reportingDevelopment and execution of sustainability initiatives and value-adding strategiesTo deliver the services required for this role, we are seeking someone who:Is passionate about what they do
