Role Summary

About the role
Western Health is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Grade 3 Clinician to join our team in the Specialised Rehabilitation Program (SRP) in an ongoing, part-time basis.
Working collaboratively with other Grade 3 SRP Occupational Therapist (OT), this position will have a leadership role within our community rehabilitation service.
Key responsibilities
* Carrying a clinical caseload
* Supervision, support and teaching of Occupational Therapy staff
* Clinical education of OT students
* Service development
About you
* Demonstrate a commitment to provision of occupation-based client centred occupational therapy practice in a community setting
* Have extensive knowledge and experience in community rehabilitation service provision
* Have strong collaboration and time management skills
* Have experience working in multidisciplinary teams
* Demonstrate consolidated clinical leadership skills
