- Experience in administration or receptionist roles

**Responsibilities**
- Support for sales and rental department
- Managing CRM
- Rental TICA Check
- Assisting Manager and Team Members with daily administrative tasks including drafting property listings, drafting Form 6 and managing rental and sales contract dates
- Printing, Scanning and Photocopying documents
- Invoicing and Trust Receipt
- Filing
- Rental Key Managements
- General opening, end of day cleaning and closing up of shop
**Job Types**: Part-time
Pay: $23.66 - $26.00 per hour plus Super
