About the Role:
This exciting opportunity involves managing a range of administrative duties to ensure effective record keeping in line with WesTrac's 5-star safety compliance guide. The ideal candidate will have previous Purchasing Officer experience within a sales environment and excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage administrative duties to ensure correct management of site-specific requirements, inclusive of team training record keeping/reminders, ad hoc requests, staff transfers, concur travel management and payroll functions.
* Process Purchase Orders accurately and within reasonable timeframes using SAP.
* Coodinate external service providers to assist workshop in meeting customer deadlines
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure services are provided on time and within budget
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Prior purchasing or procurement experience within a sales-driven organization
2. Genuine ability to work successfully within a collaborative team environment
3. Evident passion for delivering results-driven outcomes under tight deadlines
